Returns and Refunds Policy

We want every customer to love their Slappy Hats as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it as smoothly as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as outlined below.

Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or

  • You received the incorrect item (wrong style, size or colour)

 

For a refund to be approved, the item must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags intact, and lodged within the 7-day return window.

To request a refund, please send us an email, noting your order number and details and we will provide instructions.

Exchanges

Not quite the right fit or colour? We are happy to exchange for the right Slappy Hat. Please note the following conditions: 

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.

  • Return postage for size and colour exchanges is payable by the customer.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s cost.
